Certain movements in the CrossFit program require a high level of skill and technical ability to master. Olympic Lifts, Gymnastics are just to name a few.  

With that in mind it's important to us to ensure you to feel safe and confident to proceed into the classes equipped with the basic skills and knowledge of our fundamental exercises. 

Once you have completed our free taster session we transition you into our 'On Ramp Program' which is a 3 part program specifically designed to take you to the next level. 

STEP 1

Learn these skills in your first fundamentals session: 

Air Squat
Push Up
Box Jump
Burpee
Pull Up/Ring Row
Toes To Bar
Kettlebell Swing




STEP 2

Now that you've got past the basics we then take you through your next series of movements. These are: 

Handstand
Wall Climb
Barbell Squat
Press
Lunge
Thruster



 

STEP 3

You're nearly on your way to being a fully fledged CrossFitter! Once we've coached you on these next exercises you'll be surely ready to rock:

Clean Progressions
Jerk Progressions
Snatch Progressions
Dumbbell Exercises
